SONNENTOR Nuremberg Signs Lease for New Downtown Store

With the lease secured for the location at Königstraße 29, SONNENTOR has reached the next milestone in its expansion across Germany. As the brand's development partner, we continue to drive SONNENTOR's growth and are now supporting the project through to its planned opening in summer 2026.

A Prime High-Visibility Location

Königstraße is one of Nuremberg's most important shopping streets, connecting the city's central railway station with the historic Old Town. Every day, thousands of commuters, tourists, and shoppers pass through the area. For SONNENTOR, this location offers outstanding visibility in the heart of the city, surrounded by a vibrant mix of retail, hospitality, and service businesses.

The Concept for Nuremberg

The new SONNENTOR store will showcase the brand's full product range, including organic teas, herbs, spices, coffee, and gift items. The concept combines sustainably produced products with a distinctive brand experience and an inviting retail environment in one of Nuremberg's most attractive city-center locations.

Earlier this spring, the franchise license was awarded to entrepreneur Golnaz Amini. With the lease now signed, the project enters its next phase: site preparation, fit-out, and opening. We will continue to support the project throughout the entire development process, from site development and construction coordination to franchise partner onboarding.
