A new SONNENTOR location has opened in Passau. At Theresienstraße 3, franchise partner David Schlager is bringing the organic brand to the city centre. At StarDev, we supported the development from the selection of the franchise partner and the search for a suitable location through to the opening.

From Partnership to Opening
The location was developed in a series of clear steps. The franchise partnership with David Schlager was announced in May, followed by the decision in June to secure the premises at Theresienstraße 3. What began as a development project has now become an open and operational location.
