SONNENTOR opens in Erlangen

SONNENTOR is now also present in Erlangen: A new store opened at Hauptstraße 21–23 on October 9, 2026.

For us at StarDev, this marks another step in expanding SONNENTOR's presence in Germany.

Entrepreneurial Experience Meets Strong Brand Values

Franchise partner Patrick Petzina brings many years of entrepreneurial experience. He ran a family business specializing in vending machines for food and beverages and later established three locations within an international restaurant franchise system. Together with his wife Simone, he is now embarking on a new chapter with SONNENTOR in Erlangen.

The brand's values, the organic quality of its products, and its long-term prospects were key factors in their decision. The new store brings SONNENTOR's product range to life, offering organic teas, herbs, spices, and gift ideas in a prime retail location in the heart of the city.

Our Role in the Development Process

We supported Patrick Petzina throughout the process, from site selection and location assessment to lease negotiations and preparations for the opening.
