With the opening of its new store at Königstraße 29, SONNENTOR continues its expansion in Germany. Franchise partner Golnaz Amini is opening the new location in one of Nuremberg’s central shopping areas, bringing the brand and its concept to a highly visible location in the city centre.

The Nuremberg location marks another milestone in SONNENTOR’s long-term expansion in Germany. Situated between the main railway station and the historic city centre, the location benefits from high footfall and a broad catchment area. From Franchise Licence to Opening

The new location has been developed jointly over the past several months. The franchise licence for Nuremberg was awarded in spring, followed by the signing of the lease for the premises at Königstraße 29 in July. As of today, the store is officially open.

We supported the entire process, from qualifying the franchise partner and identifying and evaluating suitable locations to preparing and implementing the store opening. Our support will continue beyond the opening as we work with our partner on the further development of the location.

In Golnaz Amini, SONNENTOR has an experienced franchise partner in Nuremberg with an operational background in system gastronomy and franchise structures. She has been self-employed since 2021 and already operates two food-service locations in Nuremberg. This combination of local market knowledge and entrepreneurial experience provides a solid foundation for the new SONNENTOR location.
