SONNENTOR in Erlangen: Lease Agreement Signed, Project Moves into Implementation

The next milestone for SONNENTOR in Erlangen has been reached: the lease agreement for the premises at Hauptstraße 21–23 has been signed. Franchise partners Patrick Petzina and his wife Simone have secured a well-established retail location in the city center and are now moving into the implementation phase of the project.

An Important Milestone for the New Store

With the lease agreement in place, the site selection process has officially become a concrete development project. Over the coming months, the focus will shift to detailed planning, interior fit-out, and preparations for the store opening. Hauptstraße is one of Erlangen's established retail streets, offering excellent visibility and a layout that is ideally suited to the SONNENTOR store concept.
