Waffle Factory continues to grow and has opened the largest location in its network to date in Plessis-Pâté, in the Greater Paris area. With 221 square meters of interior space, around 60 seats and an additional terrace, the new location represents a fully developed restaurant format in a modern retail environment. The restaurant is operated by existing franchise partners Riad Kerdougheli and Khalid Laabid, who are opening their sixth Waffle Factory location.
