Fat Monk - Deli Bowls Secures Location at Regensburg Arcaden
With the signing of the lease agreement, Fat Monk - Deli Bowls has reached another important milestone in Regensburg. Together with franchise partner Maximilian Kammel, we are bringing the concept to a highly attractive location directly next to Regensburg Central Station.
Regensburg Arcaden brings together several sources of foot traffic in one location. Thanks to its direct connection to the central train station, the shopping center attracts shoppers, commuters, travelers, and visitors to the city. At the same time, Regensburg's city center is within walking distance. This combination makes the location particularly appealing for Fat Monk - Deli Bowls.
The concept focuses on freshly prepared bowls, streamlined operations, and short waiting times. This makes it well suited to locations where people want to fit a quick, reliable meal into their daily routines. In Regensburg, this is particularly relevant for professionals, students, and urban customers, as well as travelers looking for a meal before or after their train journey.
The Next Step in Location Development
With Maximilian Kammel, the new location will be operated by an experienced franchise partner who already runs ten businesses across Upper Palatinate and Lower Bavaria and brings extensive expertise in the quick-service restaurant industry. This provides a strong foundation for the market entry of Fat Monk - Deli Bowls in Regensburg.
As the development partner, we are supporting the project through its next phase. Following the signing of the lease agreement, the focus now shifts to detailed planning, preparing the premises, and taking the necessary steps toward opening. The space is located in an established food and beverage area within Regensburg Arcaden, offering favorable conditions for bringing the Fat Monk - Deli Bowls concept to life.
