Fat Monk Discovery Day in Munich

StarDev invites interested candidates to a Fat Monk Discovery Day in Munich on September 27, 2026.

Participants will experience the concept where it comes to life every day: directly at an existing location, including product tastings and personal conversations with experienced franchise partners.

A day offering real insight

For StarDev as the development partner, the Discovery Day is an important format because it brings theory and practice together. Anyone interested in getting to know Fat Monk will not only receive information about the concept in Munich, but also gain a concrete impression of the day-to-day operations, the products and the collaboration with the brand.

What is planned on site

The Discovery Day will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. in Munich.

During the event, we will provide a compact introduction to the Fat Monk concept. This includes insights into the products, the guest experience and the development of a location.

A special part of the programme will be the exchange with franchise partners Ferdinand Fleis and Deniz Kavust. Both will share first-hand insights into their journey with Fat Monk, the day-to-day operation of their locations and their experiences with the brand. This direct perspective makes the event particularly valuable for anyone seriously considering the concept.

A concept can be explained well through documents, conversations or video calls. But it only becomes truly tangible when experienced at the location itself. Tasting the products, observing the operations and speaking with partners who are already running Fat Monk locations creates clarity and helps participants realistically assess the concept.

Travel and costs

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their own travel to and from Munich. StarDev will organise the programme and catering on site, including delicious Fat Monk bowls. There is no charge for participants.
