Exciting news: Trovato1929 and StarDev have signed the development agreement! StarDev will manage all franchise activities for Trovato1929 in Germany and Austria. The renowned Sicilian cornetteria is ready to introduce its authentic and flavorful creations to Central Europe.

Trovato1929 is celebrated for its freshly baked cornettos, offering a wide selection from sweet to savory and simple to extravagant. Guests not only enjoy the rich taste but also the ability to customize their own flavor combinations with a variety of creams and toppings.

With seven Trovato1929 locations in Sicily, brothers Igor and Loris Scandura—visionary entrepreneurs from Catania—are now taking the next step. Their first company-owned store in Munich will serve as a proof-of-concept for the Germanic market, laying the foundation for brand expansion. While Germany is home to many culinary delights, a true cornetto (or croissants) haven has been missing. Finally, this gap will be filled.

As Trovato1929s development partner, StarDev is involved from Day one – securing the ideal location, assisting the construction team and planning the successful opening. Following the launch, StarDev will refine operational processes to the German market and co-develop Trovato1929`s franchise concept.

Once Trovato1929 is ready to franchise, StarDev will begin with Franchisee Qualification to initiate expansion in Germany. This approach ensures that StarDev provides the first franchisees with the strongest possible start, building a solid foundation for their long-term success and sustainability.
