Already in January 2026, StarDev SE is making a strong start to the new year with the expansion of Fat Monk – Deli Bowls. The fast-casual concept is being consistently expanded across Germany and Austria.

Fat Monk – Deli Bowls offers fresh, flavorful bowl creations with vegan, meat-based, and fish-based options—complemented by cookies, rice pudding, and creative drinks. The concept with Austrian roots is already strongly established in Vienna and considered a market leader in Austria. In Germany, the brand launched successfully with three locations in Munich.

StarDev SE supports the concept from market entry to structured expansion. Currently, five additional locations in Bavaria and Upper Austria are being prepared—including a location in Regensburg that will be ready for immediate use. Target markets include cities with over 50,000 inhabitants suitable for multi-unit operations.

Outlook

The focus is on collaborating with entrepreneurially minded franchise partners—particularly those aiming to open multiple locations. This ensures stable, long-term expansion.
