Waffle Factory offers sweet and savory Belgian waffles, freshly prepared right before the guests' eyes. The menu caters to various times of day and occasions – from a quick snack to a full meal – making it particularly well-suited to high-traffic areas such as shopping centers, city centers, and travel and transit hubs.

The brand has proven itself internationally: Waffle Factory currently operates 93 restaurants.

Following five new openings in France in 2025 and further openings in Morocco and Luxembourg, the focus in 2026 will include Germany and Austria.
