fit20 is coming to Munich: Niklas and Leonie Pacher will be the first local franchise partners.

The siblings have successfully completed the qualification process and are planning to open the first fit20 Personal Fitness Studio in Munich in 2026. They are already searching for a suitable location. For fit20, this is an important step in an attractive market, and for us as a development partner, it's another building block in our sustainable expansion in Germany and Austria.

A clearly positioned concept for an urban market

fit20 focuses on high-intensity strength training in just 20 minutes per week. Training sessions are always conducted with a personal trainer, in air-conditioned rooms, without changing clothes or showering. The concept is particularly aimed at people with limited time, working professionals, and the 40+ age group who want to reliably integrate health into their daily lives.

Munich offers excellent conditions for this: a high density of working people, short commutes, a strong awareness of quality of life, and at the same time, often tightly scheduled daily routines. This is precisely where fit20 comes in. They are looking for spaces between 60 and 90 square meters in easily accessible locations with a professional studio atmosphere.

Strong partners with a long-term perspective

Despite their young age, Niklas and Leonie Pacher already bring practical experience from the franchise world. Both worked in the family business from an early age and learned about operational processes. Today, they are in the advanced stages of their law studies and have consciously chosen the entrepreneurial path with fit20.

Of particular relevance is their long-term perspective: the plan is not just for a single location, but to build a growing presence in Munich. The initial location is expected to attract around 100 members within six months. The target is to reach approximately 200 members within 24 months at the latest.

Our role in development

We are supporting fit20's expansion in Germany and Austria at the development level. This includes, among other things, acquiring suitable franchise partners, assisting with site development, and providing support up to and beyond the opening. With Munich, another location is now being added, underscoring the brand's potential in urban areas.
